Welcome to the Lunge Challenge (Perpetual) event! Hopefully this page will answer all of your questions and, if it doesn’t, please contact us and we’ll answer your questions.
What Does Perpetual Mean?
Perpetual means “never ending” and “occurring repeatedly” which is what this version is. Not everyone knew about Charity Challenges when the Lunge Challenge was running so we brought it back with the same patches (and with a different virtual patch) for you to take part in.
What is the Lunge Challenge (Perpetual)?
The Lunge Challenge (Perpetual) aka Perpetual Lunge Challenge is an event that you can do on your own time to push yourself and become better at lunges. You have 90 days from the day you sign up to complete as many lunges as possible. The event won’t close so feel free to register when you are ready for the challenge. Everyone who registers for the event can purchase the Lunge Challenge Shield patch however only those who achieve certain tiers (10k, 20k, and 30k lunges) can purchase the respective tabs.

All Perpetual Challenges are all a la carte. The registration cost includes entry for the virtual event only. If you would like patches or other event-specific gear you can purchase that separately. This ensures that people who don’t want specific items don’t end up paying for them.
Who Does This Support?
A portion of the proceeds from the Perpetual Lunge Challenge will support both the Green Beret Foundation and Team RWB.
Is Anything Missing?
Perpetual events are exactly the same as their original counterparts except for the following: there is no leaderboard or team leaderboard. There is also a special Perpetual Challenge Virtual Patch which is slightly different than the original version. The physical patches are identical.

When Does The Event Start?
The 90 day timer for the event starts as soon as you sign up. Take a second to prepare yourself, take a deep breath, and get ready to do tons of lunges!
