Terms of Service

  1. Event Completion
    1. Upon completion of the event you will have not less than one day to input any remaining entries.
    2. Once the time limit to input entries has closed…
      1. Your final score will be locked in place.
      2. You will not be able to change your final score.
      3. Any changes to your score will be on a case-by-case basis. You are not entitled to have us look into any variances due to negligence to input entries.
  2. Completion Award(s)
    1. You are only entitled to receive the standard event patch if you participated in the challenge.
    2. You will receive the achievement tab corresponding with the highest level that you reached.
    3. If you do not make the minimum number of reps you will not receive an achievement tab.
    4. All completion awards (including participant patches) will be shipped out after the event ends.
    5. It may take one or two months from the end of the event for you to receive your completion award(s). By agreeing to these terms you agree not to whine about delays in receiving your award(s).
  3. Administrator roles
    1. Administrators have the ability to audit the top participants rep entry logs
    2. Administrators have the ability to adjust the leader board
    3. Administrators have the ability to remove people from the Facebook group, leaderboard, or revoke their membership to this site.
  4. Refunds
    1. You are not entitled to a refund.
    2. Due to the nature of these events (proceeds to charity) refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    1. By signing up for an event on Charity Challenges you are opting in to the following email lists:

  6. Personal Risk
    1. THIS CHALLENGE IS BEING PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS BASIS, WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU FOLLOW THIS CHALLENGE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS CHALLENGE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE AS A SOURCE OF, OR IN LIEU OF, MEDICAL ADVICE SO CONSULT A PHYSICIAN BEFORE REGISTERING FOR AND FOLLOWING THIS CHALLENGE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING YOUR OWN ABILITIES AND CONDITION, BOTH MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL, PRIOR TO FOLLOWING ANY PORTION OF THIS CHALLENGE AND FOR DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO USE ANY OF THE CONTENT HEREIN IN ANY WAY.     2. By registering for these events you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are agreeing to the terms of service.
